This PR adds authentication to
SpotDetectionby usingfetch_datato download the spot detection model upon instantiation.fetch_datarequires a DeepCell API key.For this reason, a large number of the tests in
polaris_tests.pyhave been temporarily removed, because models cannot be downloaded in the GitHub actions test environment without an API key.
